I have been working in a restaurant named Warung Uncle Dell. The boss there was my former supervisor at Nachos dulu. But then the cafe itself is not his. It belongs to his friend aka anak polis. I knew them since I was in Nottingham.
So the first day, I was briefly told that I need to train the workers there to work efficiently and effectively since they all do not have experience in working in a F&B outlet. So there are like 6 workers, that includes me of course. I only need to train 3 of them since of us is my friend who I used to work with back in Nachos Nachos. My friend is in charge of the kitchen and he has an assistant accompany him. So the rest of us would be working as waiter/waitress. I'm in charge of the cashier! Yeay!
Yesterday was first day, so it is kinda awkward to start being bossy and all. So I was a bit humble. Yesterday was quite hectic but we managed to control everything since I'm in charge. As for today, its a bit boring bcz theres not many customer.
I feel like a boss today. I ask a friend of mine to cook something for me. Heee.. :D
